Indoor cricket is a fast paced action packed experience that sees players using similar skills to the traditional game of cricket. You catch, throw, bowl and hit the ball just as you would in any game of cricket.
Indoor cricket uses modified rules that always allow for equal participation from players, and exciting scoring opportunities. The entire playing area is surrounded by nets so the ball is always live.
Each bowler bowls 2 overs and each pair bats for 4 overs, losing 5 runs for every dismissal.
At Action Indoor Sports you get more action then a T20 in less time! Games last for between 1 and 1.5 hours and are full on energy and action. With the court being enclosed, there’s no need to chase the ball to the boundary, you can even catch the ball from the net!
Played indoors on a synthetic grass-like surface so you are guaranteed a game no matter the weather conditions.
Indoor cricket is played in two formats – 6-a-side and 8-a-side.
